Rosemont Endoscopy Centre currently has 4 Gastroenterologists who offer both consulting and procedural appointments Monday to Friday. A referral is required to see any of the Gastroenterologists and we will coordinate with you to be seen at the soonest convenience with whomever is available. Dr Peter Cusick – Gastroenterologist


Dr Peter Cusick is the founder of Rosemont Endoscopy and has been the business owner and main practicing Gastroenterologist for over 20 years. Dr Cusick has been in Wollongong for many years and continues to offer his experienced services from the centre, although he sold the the business in 2017 to Montserrat Healthcare. Dr Cusick offers consulting and procedure services from Rosemont Endoscopy Centre.

Dr Ivan Valiozis – Gastroenterologist


Dr Ivan Valiozis completed his medical degree from the University of New South Wales in 1990. He has been working in the Wollongong area for many years and has been with Rosemont Endoscopy Centre since 2000. Dr Valiozis offers consulting and procedures at Rosemont Endoscopy Centre and patients with more complex medical histories he is then able to see at the Wollongong Hospital where he also works regularly.

Dr Kendall Williams – Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist

FRACP, BSc (med)/MBBS (UNSW), MPH (USyd)

Dr Kendall Williams completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales in 2007 and a Masters of Public Health at the University of Sydney in 2015. Kendall has worked in Wollongong, Sydney and at the Gold Coast and joined the team at Rosemont Endoscopy Centre in 2017.

Kendall has a special interest in Hepatology, General Gastroenterology and Bowel Cancer Screening and offers both consulting and procedural services in Wollongong.

Dr Stephen J Williams – Gastroenterologist


Dr Williams’ current clinical practice includes all aspects of Gastroenterology and Therapeutic Endoscopy with particular interest in the endoscopic management of large colonic polyps as well as biliary pancreatic disease and the role of endoscopy in the diagnoses and therapy of these conditions.

Dr Williams has a long-term commitment to the training of Gastroenterology at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level as well as training registrars and fellows in the art and science of endoscopy. Dr Williams has been working at Rosemont Endoscopy Centre for a number of years and also holds a VMO position at Westmead Hospital and the Southern Highlands Private Hospital.
